I’m Brian Pancake, a State Farm agent and lifelong Floridian proud to serve the community that helped shape who I am.

I grew up right here in Kissimmee and graduated from Osceola High School before beginning a nearly 23-year career in the United States Army. During my military career, including four combat deployments, I learned lessons that still guide me today: put people first, do the right thing, keep your word, and show up when people need you most.

After retiring from the Army, I wanted to continue serving people—just in a different way. On October 1, 2026, I opened the doors to my State Farm agency in Kissimmee.

For me, insurance isn't simply about selling policies. It's about helping people protect what they've worked so hard to build. My team and I take the time to listen, understand what's important to each customer, and provide clear, straightforward guidance so they can make confident decisions for themselves, their families, and their businesses.

Our agency helps customers with Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, and Business insurance. Whether you've lived in Central Florida your entire life or you're just putting down roots here, our goal is to become a trusted resource you know you can turn to when you need us.

My connection to State Farm is also personal. I'm proud to follow in the footsteps of my father, Bill Pancake, who has spent decades serving State Farm customers in the Kissimmee community. I'm honored to carry that tradition of service forward while building an agency of my own.

I'm also a member of the Osceola Chamber of Commerce and believe strongly in supporting the community we serve, building meaningful relationships, and doing business the right way.
